Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.
Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order – Apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged item being shipped. In this case we will refund your original shipping charge. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting. We’ll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
With regards to packaging, a damaged box for example does not constitute a faulty item. We are selling a product and not the packaging so whilst every effort is made to ensure every part of a customers item reaches them in factory fresh condition we do not accept liability for any damage to packaging or boxing of any products that we sell. We cannot be held responsible for any packaging damaged during transit.

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via Royalmail. International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail or Parcel force Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for their order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:
- Domestic: Royalmail 2nd Class Recorded/ 1 – 5 business days
- Europe: Royalmail Standered or Parcelforce; 3-5 days
- International World Wide: Royalmail or Parcelforce / 5 – 10 business days
Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
